Well, people usually want to get to know you and all that stuff so here is me in one blog.

My name is Nique (duh).  I live in the fabulously LARGE city of Houston, TX.  I am married with NO children and NO Pets.  I know, I know... I don't have a lot of time for pets. I am sure I'll have kids one day.  I've been marrid for four years and I just thought it was important to set a good fondation of us two before we moved on to us three or four.  I am <insert your best guess here> years old and a southern gal for real. I was born and raised in the Houston Metro Area, most people don't believe it when they meet me.  I am not sure why that is.   My life is pretty good I have good husband, great friends, and wonderful family.  What more could a chick ask for.  I spend most of my time at work like most Americans.  I also love to shop. I am a recovering shopaholic.  Spend most of my time hanging out with my hubby and/or friends.  We have a pretty unique marriage most people say, I guess because we aren't underneath each other at all times. I mean he does his thing and I do my thing and we do our things.  I like it that way makes stuff fresh and new.  Seems more like dating and less like ball and chaining it. 

I am also tall from my pics ppl seem to assume I am shorter.  I love being tall and think its the best thing in the world. I am also not a skinny minnie. Ofcourse I would like there to be less of me(I think most women do- why is that?), but I am pretty happy with my curves.

I am currently on a big workout kick.  A have a few goals to get fine for a aniversary trip, my next birthday, and a girls weekend out in Vegas.  So you will probablly read a lot about my SWAT PT class and my early morning cardio at the Gym. I just add T,TH, and Sat Cardio to my SWAT PT class, which is M,W,F 5:30-6:30 am.  I am currently on month 6.  I am starting to see a real improvement in stength.  My new goal is to do 10 push ups on my toes. GOOD BYE girlie push ups!! So once I can do one I'll be sure to blog it.

I also LOVE my latest gig. I am a Sr. Business Analyst. I love it. A lot of people say its a long way from BA in English.  I say its a perfect fit. However if you would have told me back at Rice I would be a computer geek.  I probablly would have laughed you right out of the RMC.  I think the place I am consulting has a lot to do with it. The people are fun, smart, and cool to work with and for.  LOVE IT (no pun intended).

So now you know a little more about me. Oh yeah I am a technical only child. That means I have brothers and sisters, but I am the only child my parents had together.  I'm the oldest of all my siblings who range in age from 21-25.
